What we've learned
Every month, for every college, we see what former students open, click and act on. Everything in the service comes from that.
The people who act are a few years out
Former students in their mid twenties to forties engage most. We write for them first, and keep recent leavers in touch until they're ready.
Recent leavers engage most
Leavers from the last two years engage three to nine times more than records five years old. That's why we add every new year of leavers.
Former student stories draw readers in
Stories of what happened next are among the most-read links, so every issue has one.
Real routes to learning get clicked
When an issue carries real, current course links, those are what people click. So your routes back sit in the same place every month.
